Good selection for the salad bar. And restaurant is dimly lit giving a romantic vibe. The meats come around often and is very flavorful. Our service on multiple visits has been consistent throughout. I wish they had the grilled pineapple I've seen at other restaurants, great little sweet treat at the end. Parking lot available

I've been to Novilhos several times and it's always a wonderful experience. We always get the standard all-you-can-eat dinner deal, which is about 65$/person. This includes the "salad bar" which is a total misnomer because it's basically a full-on buffet. You come for the meat but it's so easy to fill up beforehand! The mushroom risotto was particularly tasty. Anyhow, there's a nice selection of meats and the hostess even came by a few times to ask if we had any special requests. One surprising thing was a roasted pineapple. It was INCREDIBLE! It was like pineapple marinated in mulled wine spices and roasted. So good! Don't pass it up! We were also there for my partner's birthday, so he got to choose a free dessert (he picked the cheesecake this time). Overall, it's a bit of a premium price, but I think it's great for a special occasion (or if you really need to load up on protein!). One tip--the hostess asked us a few times if we had a groupon deal or anything, so if you are planning to visit (and you should!) I'd recommend seeing if there are any such online deals.

This is our 3rd time coming to this restaurant. I have been to quite a few Brazilian Steakhouses and this one is one of the better ones in the Seattle area. There is plenty of parking and it is not in a busy area. The location is located behind a strip mall and there isn't other traffic in that parking lot area so it's never an issue. The establishment is nice, has great ambience and I would say is on the nicer side. I have seen people dressed up and I've also seen people come in their street clothes. I would recommend somewhat dressy casual. If you haven't been to a Brazilian steakhouse you're in for a treat! The table automatically comes with a few sides to share: fried polenta, Brazilian cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes & fried bananas. All are fantastic. The cheese bread is best when it first comes out and is warm-same with the potatoes. I would go there for the cheese bread and fried polenta alone honestly. Lol Other than those sides that automatically come to the table, the other "sides" are up at the salad bar/side dishes area. It is buffet style. I've been to a few Brazilian steakhouses and this place has the most and best selections of sides. Some places are really lacking on their sides-I like that this place has lots to choose from. Once you grab a plate you head back to your table. On your table every person has a little card (kind of looks like a Pog from the 90s lol) one side is red and the other is green. It should start as red and when you are ready for the meat part of your meal, you flip it over to green. Servers will come from the kitchen with racks of different types of meat. They will see your green card and come to your table and offer you whatever meat they have. Some options are: bacon wrapped filet Mignon, lamb, sirloin, pork, ribs, sausage, chicken etc. You can either say yes, you'd like what they brought or you can pass. The servers come out and rotate with different meats ensuring that you have the opportunity to try one of each if you'd like. If your plate is too full and you need to catch up eating what you have on your plate, then you can simply flip the card back over to red and that lets the servers know that you're okay on meat for now. It's quite the experience and delicious. You really get your moneys worth in my opinion. They have a large wine list and great drink list. I forget what it's called, but there is a Brazilian drink that is mixed with rum, lime and sugar-I highly recommend that. This place usually has a Groupon that allows $30 to go to $60 worth of food. (One dinner is about $60 per person). So it's a nice little chunk off. About an hour into your dinner is when they kind of gear you towards dessert (which by that point you're probably full). Dessert is also included in the meal, options are: flan, cheesecake, chocolate molten cake, crème brûlée and a lemon vanilla cake. If you're too full for dessert you can take it to go. Note: that the crème brûlée is not able to be taken to go. The lemon vanilla crème cake, the flan and the crème brûlée are my favorites. This last time we went, I felt that the meat was a tad bit salty. Not something I noticed before. Made me wonder if that is intentional, to get people to drink more water and fill up that way instead of on the cost of meat? Idk but we noticed it this time. Maybe the seasoning was off. We will come back again and see if it was an off day. Overall great place.
